Simple Process

Since we manufacture every cabinet we make, 
we have total control over everything from 
product quality to readily available inventory. 

Our streamlined process allows us to pass 
significant savings on to our customers.

STEP 1 - CONSULTATION

Work with our Design Expert who is also a BUILDING CONTRACTOR, to plan out your new, custom cabinet design for any sized project - large or small!  We want to make working with Cabinet Shippers as easy as possible. That's why we've built out an entire digital library for our Design Specialists to reference anytime, from anywhere, to best meet your needs!

DUE TO ISSUES CAUSED BY THE COVID PANDEMIC, WE ARE NOT DOING FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATIONS FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.  That being said, all your needs CAN be met electronically and over the phone with our staff.  We do NOT outsource any contact to outside the USA - you will deal directly with our USA-based staff members. All we need is your contact information to get started!

STEP 2 - PICTURE IT!  RECEIVE AN ELECTRONIC DESIGN RENDERING 

Receive and review your design.  Make any needed or desired changes.  Finalize your design.   You will receive a digital design rendering of your new cabinet project via email.  Part of the magic of Cabinet Shippers is how our cabinetry can elevate any room. Our pros create kitchens and bathrooms that jump off the screen.

STEP 3 - ASSEMBLY CHOICE + RECEIVE AN ITEMIZED QUOTE

Based on your final design preferences, you will receive an itemized quote for the project.  The Perfect Combination of Quality and Value!  At this stage, you will decide whether you would like the cabinets pre-assembled for you.  Save even more on already low cabinet pricing by doing self-assembly with instructions provided, OR receive fully-assembled cabinets shipped to you and ready to install!  (Note: fully assembled cabinets will incur higher actual shipping expense)

Step 4 - DEPOSIT PAID 

Pay your deposit to Cabinet Shippers.  You will then be notified when your order is ready to ship out, usually within 5 business days after your deposit has been received.

STEP 5 - SHIPPED DIRECT TO YOU

Once packaged for shipping, the remainder of your balance owed is due with Cabinet Shippers, including actual shipping charges incurred (no mark-up).  Located across the United States, our distribution centers are strategically placed in major metropolitan areas. That means inventory is always readily available, no matter where you are.  (You will receive materials only, no installation included.)

STEP 6 - INSTALLATION

Your cabinets arrive ready to assemble and/or install with included instructions, whether DIY at additional savings to you, or installed by your independently hired installation expert.

Policies

It may not be as beautiful to look at as our products, but "the fine print" is just as important. Below, you'll find information on warranties, returns and replacements.

Warranty Information

Cabinet Shippers (“We” or “Us”) warrants to the first Residential Purchaser (“You” or “Your”) a Five-Year Limited Warranty that warrants any product manufactured by Us and sold only in the United States to be free from any unnatural or unavoidable defects under normal residential usage. This warranty is effective for cabinetry purchases on or after January 1st, 2019.

Who Is A Residential Purchaser?

Under this limited warranty, a “Residential Purchaser” means any of the following:

  • A person who purchases Product and is installed in a dwelling that is owned and used as a primary or secondary home.
  • A person or business (Builder/Contractor/Developer) that purchases product and is installed in a dwelling by that person or business on behalf of the Owner of the dwelling. In such case, this Limited Warranty may be transferred to the Owner of the dwelling if used as a primary or secondary home by Owner.

What The Limited Warranty Covers:

The following parts are covered by this warranty: Door Frames, Door & Drawer Fronts, Cabinet Shelves, Roll Out Trays, Base End Panels, Cabinet Doors, Drawer Glides, Shelving Clips, Cabinet Accessories (toe kick, molding, etc.), Cabinet Boxes. We may elect to repair, replace and/or modify, at our discretion, any component(s) which has/have been determined to be defective and unable to serve its/their intended purpose (under normal installation, condition and use) by Us.

What The Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Deterioration/discoloration due to abnormal use
  • Natural color variations in stained cabinetry
  • Damage caused from improper installation
  • Replacement of cabinetry or cabinetry parts that have been used for purposes outdoors
  • Replacement of cabinetry or cabinetry parts that have been altered or modified from their original purpose, misused, neglected and/or not well-maintained
  • Damage during transit
  • Labor costs associated with warranty claim (installation and/or removal)
  • Transportation and/or installation of defective, repaired and/or replacement product(s)
  • Service calls to retrieve the defective product(s) from You to Us.
  • Damage by causes outside of our control (flood, fire, or other acts of God)
  • Cabinets installed in areas that are outside the recommended storage temperatures (50-85⁰F)

How To File A Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, please contact Cabinet Shippers directly. Please have the original invoice number from your order with you at the time you make a claim. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by us. You understand that replacement parts may vary in their natural color variation from those which were originally supplied to you.

Returns and Order Changes

Returns

Returns accepted on RTA cabinetry are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Boxes must be unopened, clean, and unmarked. Returns will be credited only upon return and inspection of product when it arrives back to our facilities. We will not process any returns if the product is missing components or incomplete from the original shipment. Returns are not accepted on Milania products, assembled cabinets, custom modified cabinets, and 3rd party hardware, because it cannot be restocked. All returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Order Changes

Change orders are not permitted once an order has been approved. Orders may be canceled up until the order has been picked from inventory. All canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The change order must be submitted as a new order and will be placed at the beginning of the order processing queue.
